Sendchamp provides three levels of information describing the status of a Voice message which includes status, status reason and the error code. These three levels are complementary and should be analyzed together to get the full picture of Voice delivery.
TOTAL REQUESTS: Total requests sent by the user.
SENT: The message has been sent successfully.
ANSWERED: The voice message has been answered by the recipient.
COMPLETED: The message was delivered and answered.
FAILED: The message couldn't be sent and delivered. More detail can be found in the reason and the error code.
STARTED: The voice message has started.
RINGING: The voice message is ringing.
